Workout Plan - Fitness Schedule and Journal is an excellent tool that you can use to not only create the perfect workout schedule for the gym, but also to manage it and keep track of all the activities that you do (or don't do).

The application allows you to maintain various tables of exercises at the same time and save them on the same device, so that you can access each as you need it and easily switch between several.
